In Ephesians 2:10 of the Bible it describes believers to be “God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Furthermore, they should be equipped so they can serve in the church, at home, and in their communities. By sharing the gospel of good news, teaching doctrines, and providing for physical, emotional, and financial needs.
That is why some believers are given gifts. Such that some are: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers. These gifts are given to equip them for work of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God. And become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. (Ephesisans 4:11-13) “Then, we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful schemes. Instead, would be speaking the truth in love, to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.” (Ephesisans 4:14-16) Amen.
Remember Isaiah 9:6, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
